Delivery Policy

1. Commencement of Services

GLOBAL SOLUTIONS TECH LIMITED aims to initiate all purchased services as quickly as possible while ensuring quality and accuracy. Service start times may vary depending on order volume and operational requirements.

2. Expected Completion Timelines

Estimated timeframes for our services are as follows:

  • Boosting Services: Typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days
  • Coaching Sessions: Arranged within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours after confirmed payment
  • Coaching & Session Usage Requirement: Once a coaching or boosting session has been scheduled, the customer is required to attend or utilize the session within 24 - 48 hours. Failure to do so within this period may result in the session being considered forfeited without refund

Coaching services are provided as single-session engagements. Sessions are not repeatable unless a new purchase is made.

3. Nature of Delivery

All services offered are delivered digitally. No physical goods will be shipped.

Services may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • Email notifications and confirmations
  • Direct in-game service execution
  • Temporary account access where necessary and agreed upon
  • Scheduled voice or video communication platforms for coaching sessions
4. Progress Updates

Customers will receive status updates through:

  • Automated or manual email communications
5. Factors Affecting Delivery Time

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, completion times may vary due to:

  • The complexity or scope of the requested service
  • Incorrect incomplete or inaccurate account details provided by the customer
  • Game server maintenance outages or technical disruptions
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

GLOBAL SOLUTIONS TECH LIMITED shall not be held responsible for delays arising from these factors.

6. Confirmation of Completion

Upon fulfilment of the purchased service, customers may receive:

  • A confirmation email or direct message
  • A request to verify or acknowledge that the service has been completed

Where applicable customer confirmation may be required to formally close the order.
